We are growing and seeking a mission driven Senior Product Managerto join our Product team. Ideal candidates will have exceptional technical, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, growth-mindset, and interest to make a positive impact.


This is a fully REMOTE position. Only applicants who currently reside in California, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington State will be considered for this role.


The Senior Product Manager plays a key role in the development and success of 3Si’s product portfolio. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and delivering high-quality products to meet client needs and drive business growth. This position drives the development and execution of our technical product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, product, strategic partnerships, and client success team members.


What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals. Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for assigned products.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client interviews to identify trends, client needs and product opportunities.
  • Lead the product planning process, including feature prioritization, release planning and sprint backlog management.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering team throughout the product development lifecycle. Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural principles.
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, strategic partnerships, and client success. Drive alignment on product requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular product reviews and retrospectives to evaluate progress, identify issues and make adjustments, as needed.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to assess the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Analyze user feedback, usage data to make data-driven decisions and prioritize product enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients, partners, and leadership. Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmaps effectively to ensure alignment and support.
  • Stay current with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to inform product development.

What You Will Bring

  • Master’s or doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems). Advanced degree preferred.
  • Seven or more years’ experience in product management or engineering, with a focus on software products or SaaS solutions.
  • Proficient with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, SPSS, Stata, SAS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
  • Solid ability to problem-solve and operate with analytical ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change and manage competing priorities effectively.
