Summary
The Senior Product Analyst is responsible for partnering cross functionally to prepare and deliver key customer analytics. The Product Analyst will manage large data sets across the MedTech organization and will collaborate with various business partners to improve and expand company databases and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategies to protect and grow our leadership position in market.
- Support development, validation, ongoing enhancement, and expansion of tools designed to enable and support the Field Sales Organization (FSO), Contracting, and Marketing.
- Support analysis of customer inventory, cross-referencing, and contracting solutions. This role will also support broader Portfolio Optimization Initiatives, including SKU rationalization, lifecycle management, field asset refinement, and capex allocation & utilization.
- Support assessment of prospective customer set requirements.
- Lead and coordinate efforts in support of customer conversions.
- Coordinate manufacturing/field asset management requirements.
- Contribute to the development of account-specific and national analytics.
- Support communication with the US Sales team and SCG regarding company strategies.
- Support sales efforts by participating in sales activities aimed at converting or retaining key customers - including occasional travel.
- Cultivate positive relationships between marketing, SCG, and sales teams.
- Lead activities and project teams that build, expand, and enhance strategic commercial capabilities.
- Maximize commercial impact of relevant strategies and tools by helping integrate them within commercial processes.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 4 years work experience and at least 2 years in an analytics-based role is required.
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.
- Project Management experience is required.
- Works well in a cross-functional environment and is effective in building support across a complex set of stakeholders is required.
- Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent deliverables for different end users is required.
- Experience working in healthcare is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10% is required.
- Position is based in West Chester, PA.
