Job Highlights

  • Provide front-line support to the assigned unit(s) or process(es)
  • The area specialist manages the day-to-day planning, resource alignment, troubleshooting, communication with support functions, assists with training, tracks production output and quality, tracks spending for the unit(s), supports maintenance activities, reviews trend charts, writes requisition requests, approves process changes, etc.
  • Daily process monitoring, and adjusting as needed.
  • Process improvement activities including root cause investigations
  • Liaison with SOIP, Maintenance, E&I, QC, Logistics
  • Internal technical support (e.g., inspections/audits, PHA’s, RCA’s, etc.)
  • Meeting and meeting preparation

Requirements

  • High school diploma required (technical/trade school or college education is a plus)
  • 5-10 years of chemical manufacturing experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Process and equipment troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • SAP experience required

  • Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program. The minimum pay for this position is $80,300. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
