About the Job
The Loopback Analytics Senior Pharmacy Consultant-Client Success is an industry expert in health system specialty pharmacy. Utilizing the analytics generated by Loopback, the incumbent will provide consultative guidance to health system clients on improving prescription capture rates, implementing clinical initiatives to improve patient care, compliance with accrediting body standards, and optimization of other operational or clinical metrics. The Senior Pharmacy Consultant will have responsibility for understanding client challenges, goals, and how the Loopback Platform helps clients achieve those goals. This position also serves as a point of continuity across the maturation of the client relationship, including the end of the sales cycle, the software implementation process, product go-live, and ongoing client engagement thereafter. A successful candidate will be a passionate and decisive customer service-oriented person, who will be responsible for regular interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Duties to Include
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned client base
- Continually build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with all customers
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives of client portfolio to senior management
- Monitor and evaluate the user interface, workflow, and provide suggestions for future product enhancements based on client feedback
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the Loopback Analytics underlying data framework
- Troubleshoot, triage, and correct any dashboard anomalies experienced by the client. Escalate issue if needed.
- Maintain a healthy client portfolio by engaging with clients, driving client return on investment, and continually nurturing the relationship of Loopback with its client base
- Identify and cultivate opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to ensure continual growth and success
Requirements
Mandatory traits and experience
- Experience working in a health system
- Experience managing clients or customers
- Strong independent worker/self-starter
- Ability to work with aggressive schedules and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience presenting to professionals and/or executives
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred experience
- Pharmacist or pharmacy technician in a health system specialty pharmacy
- Specialty Pharmacy accreditation mandatory measures reporting
- Epic
- Microsoft Power BI
- Data analytics
Travel:
- Expected to be minimal.
