Job Summary and Qualifications

The Sr. Operations Specialist for Procure to Pay is responsible for analyzing data, and preparing custom and standard reports to drive business solutions. Responsible for supporting projects of the corporate procure to pay team. This position will support procure to pay team through presenting operational data to help drive the standardization of initiatives and ongoing compliance for performance excellence opportunities related to Procure to Pay

• Create and maintain custom reports for accounts payable and purchasing at the corporate level and the CSC level.
• Provide analysis of custom reporting to help drive operational decisions for corporate and CSC P2P leadership.
• Assist with third party bill pay vendor. This may include data reconciliation, data clean up, vendor standardization and account maintenance.
• Review weekly or monthly reporting of KPIs and identify issues along with potential initiatives to achieve desired outcomes
• Supports leadership teams in preparing of information and facilitating meetings between P2P leadership and other appropriate parties in support of projects.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, requiring effective communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Corporate Procure to Pay Directors with adhoc projects

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Required
• Associate Degree or higher in related field Preferred
• 3 years of experience in financial reporting or accounts payable or purchasing Preferred
