Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst (Intelligence Planner)to support a federal government client.

Senior Operations Research Analyst (Intelligence Planner) Job description:

• Provides intelligence planning services in support of Combined Joint Task Force- Space Operations (CJTF- SO).
• Coordinates with CTJF- SO and subordinate task force all-source analysts to ensure adversary space and counterspace intelligence assessments inform campaign, deliberate, and crisis action planning processes.
• Synchronize and coordinate Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational (JIPOE) development by collaborating/ receiving inputs from Combined Forces Space Component Command (CFSCC) and Joint Task Force - Space Defense (JTF-SD). Serve as the J2 Intelligence Planner representative for CJTF-SO Operational Planning Team (OPT) efforts.

Primary duty responsibilities:

• Develop Enemy Courses of Action (ECOA), Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR), and Essential Elements of Information (EEI) by incorporating inputs from subordinate task force units and CJTF-SO directorates.
• Collaborate with CJTF- SO and subordinate task force all-source analysts to maintain an up-to-date JIPOE in support of campaign, deliberate, and Crisis Action Planning (CAP) efforts.
• Collaborate with CJTF- SO, CFSCC, and JTF- SD J25 as well as foreign partners on intelligence doctrine, strategy, and policy; consolidate requirements for intelligence exercise development and execution.
• Support CJTF- SO J35 and J5 planners by coordinating intelligence activities needed to accomplish operational missions; provide status updates to designated OPTs.
• Aid in the development of Annex B (Intelligence) OPLAN and identify intelligence support needed for OPLAN execution.
• Coordinate with USSPACECOM, CFSCC, and JTF- SD to ensure integrated planning and execution of intelligence operations to include collection, exploitation, and analysis.
• Consolidate CFSCC and JTF- SD collection priorities and requirements and submit to USSPACECOM J2 Collection Management for validation and approval.
• Attend collection, analysis, and targeting working groups to ensure CJTF- SO intelligence activities align with support to global campaign plans and USSPACECOM combatant command campaign plans.
• Coordinates with CJTF- SO, CFSCC, and JTF-SDS Intelligence Analysts and Collection Managers to inform USSPACECOM production and collection requirement matrix development.
• Complete administrative duties and coordinate with action officers as directed to ensure tasks are completed within established timelines.
• Provide inputs to Monthly Status Reports to contract Team Lead.

Relevant experience:
Must have at least 10 years' experience in:

• Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Adobe PDF.
• Planning ISR operations.
• Support to JIPOE and OPLAN development.
• Conducting intelligence briefings.

Job Requirements
Required education:

• MA/MS degree mandatory. Knowledge is mandatory of English composition, grammar, and spelling. In depth knowledge of combatant command planning tools.

Certification:

• Joint Intelligence Planner-Proficiency Level I (JIP-I) certification highly desired

Security Clearance:

• Active DIA TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Must be eligible for access to Special Access Program Information.
