Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Cleveland Electrical JATC. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our training center. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the training center staff, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Student Registration: Assist in the enrollment process by handling student registrations, maintaining accurate records, and addressing inquiries related to courses and programs.
- Customer Service: Interact with students and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing information about our training programs.
- Communication: Coordinate communication within the training center, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Keep staff informed of important updates and announcements.
- Schedule Management: Assist in scheduling classes, workshops, and events, ensuring efficient use of training center facilities and resources.
- Inventory Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate purchases as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
