This role is fully on-site in Brookfield Wisconsin
Responsibilities

Lead a team of Engineers and collaborate within cross-functional teams
Employ network and system architecture expertise to conduct studies, solve problems, and meet organizational needs
Assist customers in designing and deploying appropriate network solutions, including local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other data and communications solutions as needed
Research and propose network and software security upgrades and improved network resources,
Set up and maintain systems and networks to include all connected data and communications
Conduct network architecture design and planning by modeling, feasibility, and cost studies
Diagnose and solve complex network issues
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve potential issues

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related field
8+ years related work experience
Excellent communication skills
