The “Senior Network Design Engineer” position will provide Network Design, delivery, and implementation
for a variety of customers including US Department of Defense and other US Government customers. This
role will require the candidate to understand customer requirements and their infrastructure to create and
document network configurations. The role will also require delivery and implementation of various
networks into government facilities, an active government Top Secret security clearance (or higher) is
required. The ideal candidate will have experience and certifications in different vendor solutions, to
include Dell networking, Aruba networking, and others. The candidate must have demonstratable
experience in providing enterprise configurations that utilize the latest Security Technical Implementation
Guides (STIG). The perfect candidate will also bring systems and delivery experience using traditional
server-based solutions or hyper-converged (Azure Stack HCI, Dell VxRail, Nutanix).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Candidate must have an active US Government
issued security clearance.

What you’ll do:
• Design, deliver, and deploy secure network systems to various customers including DoD and US
Government
• Rack and cable network systems into racks
• Document final installed configuration
• Provide support to presales teams on network solutions
• Mentor and support teammates on network delivery and implementation.
• Train and certify on the latest network devices
• Use the experience you bring to create new service solutions and capabilities.
• Travel to various locations (CONUS and OCONUS) to install systems for customers.

What you’ll bring:
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a technical role delivering systems and networks.
• Expert level experience and certification on Dell Networking and application of the STIG
• Experience with design and delivery of Aruba switching solutions and Aruba wireless solutions.
• Vendor certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Dell Proven Networking, etc…)
• Working knowledge or better of operating systems and virtualization solutions as pertinent to data
center solutions (Azure Stack HCI, VxRail, vSphere, RedHat).
• Proficient with multi-vendor data center offerings, to include Dell, HPE, Nutanix, Cisco, Aruba,
VMware, NetScout, and others.
• Must have (or able to obtain quickly) necessary manufacturer certifications for job performance.
• Ability to travel to customer locations with a flexible schedule to support business needs (up to 75%
travel), may require weekend travel for certain sites (i.e… international locations).
• Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 lbs.
• 4-year Technical Degree (BS) or higher preferred.
• Data center management background preferred.
• Post sales delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to document delivery solutions.
• You must have demonstratable STIG experience.
• You must have a current Secret security clearance issued by the US Government, Top Secret
preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a DoD issued ID Card.
