Senior Mortgage Originator

As a Senior Mortgage Originator at Guidance Residential, you will have a unique opportunity to offer our faith-based home financing product to realtors, builders, and individuals. Your primary focus will be on outside sales, conducting compelling sales presentations, and organizing seminars at local mosques, organizations, and individual gatherings. Your mission will be to secure home financing customers while closing 3 – 4+ home financing contracts per month.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with realtors, builders, and individuals in the Muslim American community.
• Conduct informative and persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the benefits of our Sharia-Compliant home financing product.
• Organize and lead seminars at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings to educate potential customers about our services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the home financing process with transparency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with our expert management team to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Work with dedication to meet and exceed monthly home financing contract goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience is a plus
• Purpose driven, self-motivated, focused on personal growth & development
• Bilingual – English/Urdu, Arabic, Somali, or Bengali
• Knowledge of the local market
• NMLS LO License preferred. Extensive training and preparation for the National Licensing Exam is available to help you become licensed.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and managers verbally or in writing via advanced telephone and email skills, as well as in person.
