As a Senior Mobile Expert, you will have the opportunity to:

• You're the Sales Leader of the store and lead in all sales and customer experience rankers
• It's up to you to infuse every Mobile Expert with a serious passion for our products and our mission
• Engage customers and welcome them to the Metro by T-Mobile family and Make it Personal.
• Explore and Discover, ask questions to determine the individual customers' needs.

• Build long term relationships with Metro by T-Mobile customers that turn our customers into brand promoters.

• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred

• Performance-based Total Compensation package consisting of Base Hourly Rate, Commission, & Accelerator Bonuses
• Potential all in Compensation totaling $20+/hr
• Potential of receiving up to 7 different Compensation payouts per Month
