The role of Senior Product Marketing Manager involves creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies, centered around driving new customer adoption and increasing customer utilization of the LightForce orthodontic system. To drive new LightForce customer adoption, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and managing marketing strategies focused on the latest product innovations and supporting new customer pricing and promotions. They will also focus on driving existing customer utilization through several means, including the promotion of new product innovations, the management of LightForce pricing and promotional strategies that drive growth, as well as the creation and management of a LightForce loyalty program. A successful candidate should have a customer-centric approach and excellent communication, collaboration, and analytics skills to devise effective plans that yield positive business outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Become the bridge between the product and the commercial teams. Ensuring open and constant communication on the latest product developments and timelines.
  • Lead product launches, aimed at driving greater market awareness of our product innovations and increasing customer satisfaction and utilization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, product team, and key stakeholders to produce engaging product marketing and educational materials.
  • Own and develop our marketing messaging and the positioning of our product value proposition. Ensuring that all content and marketing materials are tailored based on their audience and subject.
  • Train internal customer-facing teams on new product updates, ensuring alignment across the LightForce organization.
  • Manage pricing and promotion strategies to further business growth.
  • Lead the development of a new loyalty program focused on driving greater customer retention and utilization.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, special markets, and marketing operations to devise new pricing promotions and pilots aimed at increasing adoption and utilization.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reporting on pricing promotions and pricing pilot success.
  • Conduct market and industry research.
  • As this is a newly created position, you will play a key role in defining, modeling, and scaling the role to be structurally and operationally sound.
  • This role will report directly to the Director of Professional Marketing.
  • Overnight travel ~10% of the time.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience in the orthodontic, dental, or 3D printing, industry a plus, but not required
  • Experience working with product teams on product positioning and messaging for external audiences.
  • Experience designing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that drive desired business results
  • Located in the Greater Boston area
  • Extremely well-organized and detailed oriented
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Jira
  • Project management experience and certifications a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Requires the ability to see, listen, and speak

  • Work is generally performed in an open office, sedentary position.
