About the Role
Senior Marketing Manager | B2B Marketing | USA - New York (Full-time)
We're on the hunt for a confident B2B marketer based in the US, with a preference for professionals settled in New York. Becoming a part of our dynamic global marketing team, you'll work hand in hand with the EVP Marketing, Brand & Innovation, and other dedicated team members across marketing, commercial and the wider business.
Your mission? To support the team in crafting and rolling out potent, integrated marketing and communications campaigns that are in harmony with our overarching global marketing strategy.
As our marketing and brand lead in the US/Canada region, you'll seize the reins of both global and country-specific marketing campaigns. Your role will traverse a broad spectrum of services and capabilities, as well as our cutting-edge product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global country-specific marketing strategies, innovative tactical plans in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
- Align campaign activities with broader global marketing objectives, utilizing key channels: emails and content marketing, social media, podcasts, webinars, and events.
- Manage the delivery of creative assets, including white papers, infographics, video and wider digital outputs.
- Collaborate and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including business verticals and product teams to effectively communicate propositions, products, and brand messaging.
- Analyze key ROI metrics to track and monitor campaign performance.
- Identify market trends and opportunities in the Americas to promote services, capabilities, and product offerings.
- Manage the marketing budget for the Americas in alignment with the global marketing budget.
- Ensure all marketing activity is in alignment with our brand positioning and tone of voice
- Encourage innovative marketing approaches and stay informed about industry trends.
- Oversee all digital assets within your region.

About You

- Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), website SEO, and social media (LinkedIn)
You’ll have:
- Minimum of two years of experience in B2B marketing
- Marketing degree or qualifications or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to collaborate and build partnerships with diverse teams
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and written/verbal communication skills
- Proven project management capabilities and strong multi-tasking skills
- Metrics-driven marketing approach
- Creative flair with a capacity to think outside the box
- Knowledge of business, marketing, sales, and CRM systems.
Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: USD 80,000 – 100,000
