Bring your leadership talents to AAA Washington! As our Senior Manager, Membership Experience, you'll be able to use your marketing and analysis skills to make data-driven decisions regarding growth and enhance the experience for our members. In addition, you'll be leading a group of talented marketers to build engaging programs for members.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in product or digital marketing and 5 years' experience in supervisory or management role, in addition to a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience. Masters' degree in marketing or business a plus.
Major responsibilities include:
• Collaborate across the organization with departmental leaders to implement member experience projects that drive revenue and retention.
• Strategically drive customer journey mapping, partnerships, and digital marketing through CRM.
• Assisting with creation of financial models to support revenue goals for membership programs and products.
• Manage Discounts & Rewards program, Visa product partnership, and other membership-centric revenue programs.
• Gather analyze, and apply information about members, nonmembers, and competition to leverage opportunities and evolve programs, products, and services.
The American Automobile Association (AAA) has been a leader in roadside assistance, mobility advocacy and traffic safety for nearly 120 years, AAA Washington also operates a full-service travel agency and the largest independent personal-lines insurance agency in Washington.

Target hiring salary range is $103,800 to $135,000 per year and offer rate is based on experience. Eligible for management bonus.
