Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Season Pass Loyalty is a data-driven, guest-centric marketer with a desire to tackle challenging, exciting business opportunities to drive pass holder retention for the most critical revenue-driving products at Vail Resorts. The Senior Manager is responsible for driving pass holder retention through a data-driven and guest-centric approach. They leverage analyses and insights to develop new business strategies, as well as translate strategies into integrated marketing plans and work cross-functionally to execute campaigns targeting renewing guests. This role is also responsible for supporting the definition of Digital & Digital A/B testing business objectives & strategy on our owned websites, and leading a cross-functional team to define and execute strategies in the digital space.

Job Responsibilities:
- Own development and execution of business and marketing strategies that drive retention through clearly defined objectives and demonstrable KPIs
- Synthesize internal and external data into compelling business cases and clear performance narratives for executive audiences; influence at every level of the organization to get strategy buy-in
- Drive the execution of marketing tactics/campaigns through owned channels, especially through the Epic Pass and Resort websites. Effectively translate business objectives into actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with the digital marketing team to influence the development of guest centric digital user experience strategies and drive executional excellence on website updates
- Work closely with the Digital A/B testing team to define testing roadmap to gain key learnings to remove guest friction as well as build understanding of digital solutions that will improve the guest experience and translate to revenue growth
- Manage and mentor a direct report, with focused approach towards professional development and building a high-performing team environment
- Collaborate with cross-channel partners to optimize and evolve lifecycle marketing strategies to include personalization and engaging content while also increase pass holder retention and conversion
- Collaborate with Resort Marketing and other lines of businesses (Ski and Ride School, Hospitality, Rentals) to generate enterprise-wide marketing strategies and improve the guest journey

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA or other advanced business learning or coursework preferred
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, product strategy or consulting
- Track record of project/program management experience, with proven ability to successfully lead and oversee critical projects and multi-faceted efforts
- Experience in preparing and presenting executive-level presentation to VP and C-level executives
- Experience framing storylines and drawing on numerous qualitative/quantitative data sources to build compelling business stories to clearly communicate business results and convey new strategies
- Experience in being a self-starter and self-motivated efforts without the need for daily direction
- Drives for results – makes things happen and conveys a sense of urgency
- Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen
- Possesses strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with adaptability to work with people from various cultures and areas of the business; builds and maintains highly effective working relationships
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $100,000 - $121,305 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
