Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Research Analyst with M3 MI 

M3 MI is the leading provider of syndicated audience measurement data and competitive advertising intelligence for pharmaceutical, device and other healthcare marketers, their advertising agencies and the media that serve the professional and consumer health markets.  You will be part of a small, nimble team dedicated to the healthcare media and advertising market in the US, within M3, one of the world’s leading healthcare market research companies.

Job Description

The candidate will work with a cross-functional management/operations/sales and service team to help us develop research Insights and identify market trends based on our patient and physician syndicated datasets.  The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of data fluency – experience with data analysis, intellectual curiosity, interpretation– and data storytelling – the ability to understand the goals and craft research findings into compelling, actionable information for our healthcare marketer clients.

The primary responsibility for this position is creating client deliverables, including standardized and customized reports and presentations. In addition, research insights will be used for industry thought leadership, articles, and product marketing efforts.    You will need to work collaboratively with the broader research, sales, and marketing teams to achieve client and product goals but have a proven track record of working independently and proactively on projects.  Must be comfortable with multi-tasking and adapting to shifting priorities.

 

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a market research or marketing/communications environment, analyzing data with a focus on production of reports, presentations, or other deliverables from research data for internal or external clients.  
• BS/BA in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Sociology or equivalent.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, written, oral and visual communication skills. A basic knowledge of statistics.
• Detail and accuracy orientation, organization, project, and time management.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Desirable qualifications include:

• Experience in pharma or other healthcare marketing or advertising technology
• Experience with data visualization/advanced analytics/predictive modeling tools (e.g. Dapresy, Power BI, SPSS, R, Python, SPSS)
• Advanced degree
