What this role is:
If you think there is always room for improvement, this is the perfect role for you. In this role, you will work together with all the HR functions and regions around the world to simplify, streamline, and automate our HR processes with the goal of creating an agile and resilient infrastructure, while ensuring to provide an excellent employee experience. You will work across geographies and HR functions to identify opportunities for harmonization, suggest ways to simplify our processes, and define best practices. You will lead global projects and initiatives to reinforce HR Operational Excellence.
What this role isn’t:
This role is not and administrative role, this is a builder role. This is not just about processes but is about creating opportunities for the global HR team to deliver an outstanding level of service. This is not a role where you will be limiting HR capabilities, but you will be building them. You will suggest, create, and drive initiatives, collaborate with many stakeholders as you help to ensure that our HR team have optimized ways of working and collaborating.

What you’ll bring to the table:
You are a proactive team player with a global mindset. You have experience analyzing, simplifying and building agile processes and workflows. You know HR best practices and are up to date with the latest trends. You have a background in consulting and have a bias for efficiency and Operational Excellence. You have experience working on projects involving systems implementation or the creation of service models company wide.

Some details about what you will do:
  • Lead Process improvement projects. You must be a proactive team player with a global mindset, since you’ll work across different functions and geographies to help review and streamline existing processes.
  • Coordinate with several HR functions and geographies the creation of process workflows including workflows which interact with our HRIS.
  • Design and lead a process improvement strategy to support the implementation of different HR technologies.
  • Suggest strategies and initiates that will enable the people operations team to deliver a better level of service to the HR team.
  • Identify gaps in our HR documentation that help us to drive compliance and Operational Excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years project managing HR projects
  • A minimum of five years creating and improving HR processes.
  • Experience participating or leading HR technology implementations.
  • Well versed in best HR practices and latest trends.
  • Working knowledge of different HR technologies.
  • Experience leading remote teams.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$112,350.00 - $220,450.00
