Join the team of a well-established, nearly 80-year-old Plastics Molding Manufacturer in Baraboo, WI! Our client is expanding their maintenance team and is looking to add a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead 2nd shift.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of industrial maintenance background working with mechanical and automated equipment. Any background in plastics manufacturing is highly desirable!

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance of assigned equipment
- Record keeping of PM and repairs performed
- Utilize prints, operating manuals, sketches, and diagrams to dismantle, assemble, troubleshoot, or repair equipment
- Communicate with OEM service representatives for part ordering and problem-solving
- Troubleshoot and repair machine controllers
- Additional duties included in the full job description
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
- Proficient troubleshooting skills (including knowledge of PLC troubleshooting) and the ability to repair industrial equipment
- Proficiency in hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatics
- A combination of experience, training, and education to establish working knowledge of the methods, practices, tools, and materials used in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and machinery
- A 2-year degree in Industrial Maintenance is desired
