Form of work Retail Reinvented is seeking an experienced Adobe Commerce (Magento) Developer with at least 5 years of enterprise level development and leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
- B2B Ecommerce site design and development on Magento Enterprise 2.X with a headless PWA Studio frontend.
- Work independently to design recommended solutions based on input from our business teams and outside agencies
- Engage with business & IT stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
- Provide solution architecture for business problems, platform integration with third-party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs
- Co-lead globally distributed Magento development teams
- Work with project managers and developers to ensure quality solutions are delivered
- Integrate highly customized third-party solutions using a range of commerce technologies
- Code review and approvals of junior team developers
- DevOps support and execution
- Collaborate with Clients technology and executive teams to develop long-term technical strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Magento experience to include Magento 2 (Certification is required)
- Expert understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Expert understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Expert understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Expert understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
- Strong understand and experience base using Adobe Commerce Cloud
- 2+ years of front-end development experience
- 1+ years of enterprise level API integration methods and technologies
- 1+ years of enterprise level PIMS implementation and technologies (Akeneo, Salsify, etc,)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience developing solutions using headless technologies, for example, GraphQL, PWA Storefront and JavaScript SDK
$125,000 - $150,000 a year
Base annual salary range with additional bonus and benefits for US based employees
