Senior Logisitics Analyst, Fielding & Training

Overview

Axient is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst, Fielding & Training to support our customer in Huntsville, AL. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and executes fielding and issuance of aircraft equipment to Army units.
• Provides classroom and hands-on training to soldiers utilizing slides and practical walk-around of aircraft.
• Evaluates requirements for Material Fielding pertaining to the Common Missile Warning System (CMWS) and other ASE equipment compliant to ISO/AS9100 guidance.
• Creates and updates Material Fielding Plans (MFP), Material Fielding Schedules, Material Fielding Agreements (MFA), and Memorandums of Notifications (MON), tracking each through the coordination and staffing process. Implements Material Fielding Team (MFT) equipment fielding in accordance with the MFP and fielding schedule.
• Prepares and conducts Material Equipment Briefings (MEP) to gaining commands detailing system characteristics, fielding schedule and supply supportably concept.
• Performs detailed analysis of maintenance and readiness data to validate or improve maintenance and supply support concepts.
• Tracks systems and prepares systems accountability reports.
• Trains gaining command personnel on system operational characteristics.
• Prepares briefings on fielding status and schedule.
• Evaluates existing fielding and sustainment processes and prepares and updates written procedures for all fielding and sustainment positions.

Qualifications

• Must currently possess an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation. 
• Must possess a Master's degree with 10 Years of relative experience.
• Knowledge of Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) systems a plus.
• Property experience is highly desired but not required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills are required.
• Requires knowledge and understanding of maintenance principles and processes.
• Required to maintain a professional appearance and possess the mannerisms to interface with military leadership and other contractors.
• Experience with Army or DoD logistics systems
• Physical ability to lift and carry fifty (50) lbs
• This position is estimated at 50% travel.
