LCB Senior Living is currently seeking a Sales Specialistfor our Mid-Atlantic market (CT, NJ, PA). As an LCB Sales Specialist , you will assist LCB communities in achieving performance and occupancy goals by directly selling, supporting and coaching our Senior Living communities' Sales and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for growing revenue and managing all aspects of the sales in the assigned community or communities to achieve and exceed budgeted census for the community. The Sales Specialist will be assigned to communities for a minimum of a 90-day timeframe to focus on direct sales.
Key responsibilities for the Sales Specialist include:
- Supporting potential families in their exploration of Senior Living options and educate on LCB offerings to guide to choosing assigned community or communities
- Achieve quarterly targets through successful sales execution and pipeline management
- Leading LCB sales standards and procedures at assigned community to ensure execution to highest standard
Key position requirements of the Leasing Sales Director:
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time to assigned communities (may include overnight stays)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 3-5 years of consumer-based sales experience- Senior Living, healthcare, hospitality preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience in usage of CRM application preferred
- A driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
