DAY-TO-DAY

This position is part-time. Must be flexible and willing to work on the weekends.

As an entry-level Senior Living Receptionist - Front Desk Attendant, you play an essential role in providing exceptional customer service as you man the Front Desk. Warm and friendly, you welcome and assist all visitors, families, and residents at our assisted living facility. You enjoy developing genuine, caring, and respectful relationships with our residents and their families.

You answer the phones as well as take messages or transfer calls to the appropriate people. You're also incredibly organized as you sort and distribute mail. Other clerical tasks you help with include typing, copying, filing, and faxing. As a true team player, you assist the marketing department with inquiries as needed. Your hard work keeps our facility running strong, and you feel great knowing that you are making our Front Desk a welcoming place!
