Senior Living - CEO Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the vision, mission, and values of the
• management company to reinforce the brand identity.
• Take charge of developing and overseeing all operational
• policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain a robust finance and accounting system
• for optimal functionality.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the Chief Financial Officer
• (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

Senior Living - CEO Requirements:

• Possess 8 -10 years of recent CEO experience, demonstrating
• success in leading Senior Living organizations and expanding community
• portfolios across multiple states.
• Demonstrate the ability to establish clear accountability among
• team members and enhance organizational performance.
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and the proven capacity to
• motivate teams, fostering an environment that inspires greatness.
• Reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area or be willing to relocate.

Senior Living - CEO Benefits:

• Competitive salary starting at $300,000+ (DOE)
