Senior Living - CEO Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the vision, mission, and values of the
- management company to reinforce the brand identity.
- Take charge of developing and overseeing all operational
- policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain a robust finance and accounting system
- for optimal functionality.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the Chief Financial Officer
- (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
Senior Living - CEO Requirements:
- Possess 8 -10 years of recent CEO experience, demonstrating
- success in leading Senior Living organizations and expanding community
- portfolios across multiple states.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish clear accountability among
- team members and enhance organizational performance.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and the proven capacity to
- motivate teams, fostering an environment that inspires greatness.
- Reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area or be willing to relocate.
Senior Living - CEO Benefits:
