Location: Remote

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00

Commission Structure: Contract - 30% commission; Perm - 40% commission on 0-200GP and then 50% everything over

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience
• Presidents Club Member
• Proven Billings
• Must have 3+ years of experience at a staffing agency

About the Role

This individual will be reporting to the president of the division. They will be responsible for sourcing candidates and clients in all areas of Life Sciences. These roles can be permanent or temporary.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting for candidates
• Business Development for clients
• Vetting out candidates to make sure they are qualified
• Sending out candidate presentations
• Coordinating interviews between client and candidates
• Negotiating rates
• Closing Deals
• Managing assignments/ account management

Candidate Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• Presidents Club Member
• Proven Billings
