We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Land Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience and a current surveying license in Texas. The successful candidate will join our dynamic surveying company, specializing in American Land Title Association (ALTA) surveys, and will play a crucial role in reviewing and signing surveys.
**Responsibilities:**
- Review and sign surveys in a fast-paced, highly productive environment.
- Specialize in American Land Title Association (ALTA) surveys.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of boundary surveys and recorded documents.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil3D experience is mandatory).
- Telecommuting position with flexible working hours.
- Be a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a licensed Land Surveyor in Texas.
- In-depth knowledge of boundary surveys and recorded documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Civil3D experience considered a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
