As a seasoned Senior-Level Customer Service Specialist, your wealth of experience in call center operations, Customer Service, CRM utilization, scheduling software management, and inside sales further enriches your role. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM along with high-level computer skills
• 3+ years of call center experience with high call volume
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience in the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical), or a similar industry
• Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
• An average of 90% or higher QA/KPI scores
• Experience with CRM and scheduling software

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in complex work environments
• Managerial experience
