Senior-Level Counterintelligence (Ci) Specialist - Centcom

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-level Counterintelligence (CI) Specialist supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities:

• The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.

• The contractor shall perform CI, HUMINT, and related support activities and make recommendations necessary for the Government to task, coordinate, synchronize, manage, and deconflict CI, HUMINT and related operations and activities in the USCENTCOM AOR.

• Support activities include the following; CI and HUMINT Targeting, OSINT Collection ISO CI/HUMINT Targeting, CI and HUMINT Analysis and Requirements, Source Management, Asset Validation, CI Support to Operations and CI Support to Force Protection.

• The Contractor shall author, coordinate, and/or review GCOMS cables and Contact reports in support of CI/ HUMINT Operations Support and CI/HUMINT Source Management.

Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
