Senior-level Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst - CENTCOM

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-levelCounterintelligence (CI) Analyst supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities:

• The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.

• The Contractor shall provide direct support to Collectors by researching, analyzing, and writing CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, CI/HUMINT Targeting Operational Support Packages (OSPs), and CI/HUMINT Asset Validation Packages in support of Counterintelligence and HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development Operations Support.

• The Contractor shall also provide direct support to CI agents by researching, analyzing, and writing foreign visitor vetting products, CI Threat Vulnerabilities

Assessments, and other analytic products as directed on foreign intelligence threats targeting CENTCOM and Components.

• The Contractor shall provide multi-disciplined counterintelligence analysis, all-source IC database research AO level collaboration and presentations for in support of defensive counterintelligence activities for HQ USCENTCOM.

Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education: Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
