PCG Consulting group is a dynamic and innovative technology-driven organization that partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives. We have partnered with Deloitte and are looking for an Adobe LMS Administrator to join our team.


As an Adobe LMS Administrator professional you will be responsible for defining and implementing a governance structure for the Adobe Learning Management System (LMS) within the organization. This includes establishing clear roles and responsibilities for administrators, instructors, and learners to ensure effective management and utilization of the LMS platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Governance Structure: Develop and document a comprehensive governance structure for the Adobe LMS, outlining the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved in its administration, usage, and maintenance.
  • Establish Role/Responsibilities: Define the specific duties and responsibilities of administrators, instructors, and learners within the Adobe LMS environment, ensuring clarity and accountability.
  • Contrast LMS Architecture: Analyze and compare different LMS architectures and configurations to identify the most suitable framework aligned with the established governance recommendations and organizational requirements.
  • Configuration Alignment: Ensure that the Adobe LMS architecture and configuration align with the governance structure and recommendations, optimizing functionality and usability while adhering to organizational policies and standards.
  • Develop Quality Controls: Establish quality control measures to maintain the integrity and reliability of learning content hosted on the Adobe LMS, including standards for content creation, review processes, and version control.
  • Create Request Forms: Design and implement standardized request forms and procedures for users to submit content, access permissions, system modifications, or other administrative tasks related to the Adobe LMS.
  • Implement Review Protocols: Develop review protocols and workflows to evaluate the quality, relevance, and accuracy of learning content uploaded to the Adobe LMS, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and instructional best practices.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in administering and managing learning management systems, preferably Adobe LMS.
  • Strong understanding of LMS architecture, configuration, and governance principles.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in developing documentation, including governance frameworks, procedures, and training materials.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the quality and integrity of learning content within the Adobe LMS environment.
