Senior Lead Information Security Analyst - Data Protection

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Information Security Analyst with a focus on Data Protection.
This position would be the primary point of contact and key subject matter expert for tools being deployed by various organizations with Technology Infrastructure (Secure Network Services (SNS), Enterprise Database Management (EDM) and Workforce experience & Productivity Solutions) in support of the Data Devaluation strategy.
Each day will be unique as you will examine policies, look at exceptions and provide context on any policy changes. You'll act as a SME for Data Protection, cryptography and cyber policy management.
In this role, you will:

• Provide oversight to the Information Security program for a major line of business
• Consult with line of business on the consistent implementation of the enterprise Information Security model and solutions to remediate Information Security risks
• Ensure that risks to all information assets are being managed in a timely and effective manner to meet the Information Security Program requirements and the current threat landscape
• Ensure Information Security capabilities are included in all aspects of the company's technology architecture
• Proactively manage the Information Security risk profile of line of business information assets throughout the lifecycle of the asset
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide strategies
• Ensure the team has the necessary training and is keeping abreast of regulatory and compliance issues
• Engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• CISSP, CRISC or industry equivalent certification.
• Strong cryptographic experience desired.

This position would be the primary point of contact and key subject matter expert for tools being deployed by various organizations with Technology Infrastructure (Secure Network Services (SNS), Enterprise Database Management (EDM) and Workforce experience & Productivity Solutions) in support of the Data Devaluation strategy. This role will require the individual to maintain continuous coordination with these separate efforts in support of an Enterprise Data Scanning tool, provide business requirements for tool functionality and develop and deploy a findings management capability and monitoring of database encryption services. This role will require strong Information Protection Domain knowledge, Project Management skills and experience in oversight of cryptography findings remediation.
Pay Range
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Annual
