Job description

Role: Senior IVR Tester
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Ewing, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Requirements:
  • IVR/Contact Center specific testing
  • Cyara tool for automation
Job Summary:
• Primary responsibilities include test planning, strategizing as well as hands-on test creation and execution work. Automation testing knowledge is preferred.
• Telephony automation tools nice to have – (i.e. Cyara, Hammer)
• Demonstrated Telephony QA skills.
• Knowledge and experience of testing in a Telephony solution.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent or in related field.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, influencing and technical skills.
• Work with product managers to gather test requirements
• Develop test plans and execute end-to-end test plans
• Document test results and publish reports
