Job Summary:
JSR NAHQ is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to support the IT infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud. The ideal candidate will work as a senior member of the infrastructure team and will perform a variety of tasks including support, design, administration, as well as mentoring others.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Resolves complex issues through creative problem-solving, exercising considerable judgment in selecting methods and techniques.
• Demonstrates high responsiveness to issues, including immediate communication to managers.
• Manages servers, systems, network communications, and security at the enterprise level.
• Monitors infrastructure performance, implements process improvements, and submits regular status reports.
• Performs task automation and implements process improvements.
• Leads support and maintenance, participates in project planning, and delivers presentations.
• Establishes and maintains relationships within the department and with other teams and vendors.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Complies with EH&S policies.
• Performs other assigned duties.

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

• BS Degree in Computer Science required (MS Degree preferred), or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years experience with enterprise network environment, enterprise servers, cloud services, WAN, LAN (wired and wireless), and enterprise storage.
• Experience supporting cloud based VOIP service (RingCentral, Teams).
• Extensive experience managing administration of operating systems, networking, virtualization, backup and recovery, cloud platforms, storage platforms, and any other infrastructure-related application software.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
(Salary Range - $115,000/yr to $150,000/yr)
