Position Overview:
As a Senior IT/Network Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality IT solutions and support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
- Design, implement, and maintain network solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
- Monitor network performance and security, proactively addressing any issues or vulnerabilities.
- Assist with project planning, implementation, and documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/Network Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
