As a Sr IT Analyst you will be part of the Corporate IT function, supporting the Honeywell for Honeywell (HON4HON) program as well as delivery of IT projects within the Global Real Estate (GRE) IT Service. You will work with a broad group of internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners to define and deliver the required scope for this role. You will be responsible for working with functional and technical stakeholders to gather/analyze processes and requirements, and translate these to solutions for deployment. As the role will be based in our Charlotte HQ you will also provide oversight of the Building Technologies Systems (BTS) as it relates to IT services to ensure the site’s BTS support team and IT services are aligned.
The HON4HON program will require interacting with the business product owners and development teams as well as key stakeholders to support institutionalizing the use of Honeywell products across Honeywell globally. Key to the success of the program will be providing feedback resulting in product, service & customer experience improvements.
Projects supporting this role could be the result of a new HON4HON deployment but may also be initiated by business SBG teams, GRE or Facilities functions. These may include expansion or reconfiguration of existing sites, build out of new sites and/or building technology systems (BTS) components as well as new or modified enhancements to core toolsets leveraged by GRE.
Key Responsibilities
HON4HON
Support development of HON4HON strategy including the high-level objectives and critical success factors of supporting projects
Collaborate with business/product stakeholders to identify, document & prioritize requirements
Ability to build high level story line and present to Sr leadership
Create detailed requirements documents, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Identify product improvement opportunities leveraging feedback loop with product teams
Projects
Project management tasks – drive schedule, manage budget, rails, risks, issues, and escalations
Document requirements and support cost estimates, maintaining accurate documentation
Ensure alignment to global security and IT Service standards
Accountable for end-to-end delivery of projects including all project documents & artifacts

Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
5 + years of experience delivering multiple complex projects, with an IT focus
Demonstrated experience working with business leaders, external partners, and customers
The ability to translate business issues/requirements and objectives into technical solutions
