Senior Interior Designer

Ross Cassidy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Designer for our West Hollywood office.

Applicants should be experienced in residential Interior Design. A professional and goal oriented demeanor is essential.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
-Design Ideation - creating a complete design scheme for a house including lighting, furniture, window treatments, flooring, cabinetry and all architectural detailing. Designer should be able to create design schemes in a wide range of styles.

-Client Consultations

-AutoCAD Furniture Plan and Elevation Drawings

-Coordinate, attend and lead client meetings

-Construction Administration: Communication and Management of On-site Builders or Trades. Provide site supervision with a focus on design implementation and quality control. Proactively managing client and contractor communication

-Sourcing of Architectural Materials and Finishes + FF+E

-Prepare client presentations

-Vendor Communication

-On-site Installation and Site Visits

-Managing project schedules. Ensuring the accuracy, timely installation and quality of all aspects of projects

-Work seamlessly with the Principal to manage, assign tasks, review

-Applicants must be proficient on AutoCAD. Knowledge of Studio Designer is preferred but not required.

Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.

Work closely with all team members on multiple projects consecutively, strong skills at time management and ability to work alone and with others.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Residential Interior Design Firm and/or related creative professions - Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Design Suite
- Sketchup or Hand Rendering a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive attitude
- Exceptional Organization Skills
