This Hybrid full time role is limited to only 15 to 30 Candidates in Information Techology Manager / Sales & Marketing Consultancy .

The location will be in most Metropolitan Cities Atlanta , Dallas , Houston ,Hunstville . But most roles are flexible and remote work is acceptable in certain cities in the USA , Canada & UK. The Non US Citizen must have a visa to work for the Company..

Attn : US Immigrants and International Students restrictions on sponorship limited to certain number of Countries & Individuals yearly .

Profit Sharing & Significant signing bonuses only applies to highly qualified individuals & restricted to USA Residents only . Those candidates layoff in the tech sector subject to additional signing bonuses with a possible provisional contract.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company's Information Technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Proven experience in software development and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: $82,500.00 - $242,500.00 per year
