And that teamwork is the best way forward.Above all elseFriendly, thoughtful and perpetually curiousHumble to your core with a sharp emotional intelligenceAble to build trust, even when communicating a dissenting point of viewKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Industrial design and Brand Design team to develop structural product and packaging solutions for by participating in or leading the following project tasks:Ideation and Prototyping (sketches, rough 3D models, renderings, territories, mood boards)Co-creation and Research (prototypes, visuals and stories to learn from our consumers)Feasibility / Design for manufacturing (work with R&D and vendors to develop solutions that meet our cost targets and manufacturing infrastructure)Design for recyclability (understanding of materials, recycling industry)Synthesis and storytelling assembled in presentation form for our partnersDemonstrate your skills in design, usability and research translation to establish user-centered design intent and solutionsCollaboratively partner with our insights, brand and digital teams to develop comprehensive experiencesApply knowledge and awareness of cultural and social trends to design for global markets.Be an advocate to drive and implement environmentally balanced design solutionsQualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsAt least a bachelor’s degree in Industrial DesignA minimum of 4 years of professional design experience in consumer-packaged goods and related Industrial design fieldExperience at a creative agency, in-house at a CPG company or packaging supplierPossess solid understanding of end-to-end manufacturing methods for personal care and consumer packaged goods; bottles, closures, cartons, conversion (filling), retail and e-commerce distribution and design for recyclabilityAdept at sketching to relay design intentExperience developing concepts for user researchAbility to communicate concepts and strategies effectively both verbally and in presentation deckFluency in parametric 3D surface modelling software (Solidworks required)Proficiency in other relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Suite)Experience using 3D printers, understand prototyping methods and the ability to build hands-on prototypesPersistent and diligent attention to detail, while maintaining overall understanding of projectsDesired QualificationsDesign for recyclability and inclusivity a plusExperience in 3D rendering software (Keyshot preferred)You must include the link to your online portfolio on your resume to be considered for this positionWhat’s In It For YouCompetitive Benefit PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $73,800 - $117,300Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
