RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Process transfers on the IFS-ERP between all warehouses;
- Reconcile PL0 inventory on a daily basis;
- Process PL0 RMAs;
- Reconcile PL0 Mis-shipments;
- Communicate with PL0 in regards to inbound and outbound shipments on a daily basis;
- Review PL0 invoices and ensure the total cost is correct before processing;
- Audit and upload on IFS Picking sheets and BOL related to PL0 shipments;
- Monitor Inbound Containers - arrival to port and ensure timely delivery to warehouses;
- Schedule the delivery of imports containers at our warehouses with truckers on a daily basis;
- Send daily tracking of imports containers to all warehouses;
- Report all imports (SKU & qtty) details) to warehouse supervisors weekly;
- Collect import documents, create Purchase Orders, and receive inventory on IFS;
- File ISF documents in accordance with US Customs document requirements;
- Keep tracking of all import invoices, check charges and process them for payment;
- Bi-Annual Physical Inventory of PL0;
- Interpret and explain inventory variances;
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge of warehouse operations and current contents;.
- Place PL0 RFDs and submit to logistics manager;
- Communicate with truck carriers and ocean carriers during times of issues and find solutions.
- Buddy Check freight accruals on a daily basis;
- Update and maintain logistics Mis-shipments KPI;
- Update and maintain daily outbound KPI;
- Process PO's & Residential shipping schedule (residential Backup)
- Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication Skills
- College Degree or associates in Logistics and supply chain. (GED)
- Three (3) years' experience in a computer-aided warehousing operation and Imports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and especially Excel
- Strong Math skills
- Strong Organization skills
- SAGE and/or IFS knowledge preferable
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and vendors;
