Form of workBlackbaud is looking for an experienced Senior Identity Platform Engineer (SailPoint) to join our organization and help drive the enterprise identity strategy forward.As a member of the Cyber Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, the candidate will be responsible for on-boarding systems in the enterprise IdentityNow solution, building automation and streamlining identity lifecycle processes.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in SailPoint IdentityNow, IAM and cloud solutions.In addition, the candidate will be responsible for mentoring teammates and assisting in building the IAM tool roadmap.
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for application on-boarding into IdentityNow
Enhancing and enriching the access certification process
Automation of identity lifecycle processes that comply with regulatory requirements
Integration with the Privilege Access Management (PAM) solution
Partnering with Business Analysts to identify buisness and technial requirements
Implementation and management of all Identity Tool APIs
What we'd like you to have:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant degree or equivalent work experience
Industry recognized professional certification.
5+ years' experience in identity access management roles including 3+ years experience in Sailpoint IdentityNow Implementation, Configuration, Customization and deployment in an enterprise environment
5+ years' experience with Public Cloud, Active Directory, LDAP management, MFA
Experience to integrate IdentityNow with related tools including CIEM, PAM, data warehousing, etc.
Experience to mature technical practices including api management, code management, CI/CD, testing automation, etc. (aligning to corporate standards where applicable)
Experience working in matrix teams and solo projects/efforts.

The starting base pay is $101,900.00 to $132,800.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.Benefits Include:
