Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Human Resources (HR) Leadership team is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist(HRG) to join their team in North Charleston, South Carolina to provide strategic and operational support for their group. The ideal candidate will be able to help create and build organizational plans while partnering with the HR leader on the development of business strategies, goals and objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages day-to-day operations for the HR leader
  • Ensures execution of Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) deliverables; performs to schedule
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
  • Reviews and tracks performance to plan:
    • Organization Optimization; Affordability, HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Support execution of People plan - agenda, supporting data
    • Develop and coordinate HR related communication
    • Lead design, execution of management systems, and operating rhythms
  • Serves as Incentive Program Lead for Boeing South Carolina Production and Maintenance (P&M); maintains quarterly metrics, communications, and design for 2024 updates to plan; works closely with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) and Enterprise Total Rewards partners and Site Leadership
  • Oversees HRG Alignment - One Boeing HR across Business Model and ensure integration across the Site with HRGs located in other locations
  • Performs as Cash Awards Focal - maintains visibility for BSC P&M population
  • Monitors the Listening and Accountability System - Visibility for trends, issues, early warning identification and resolving issues
  • Serves as Site Focal - first point of contact for HR support for Legal and Communications; and active member of the Threat Management Team, Business Preparedness, etcetera
  • Manages Action Tracking and Priorities by working closely with the HRGs to ensure plans are on track and driving results
  • Oversees operating rhythm - supports HR Team so that Program Management Best Practices are incorporated to run a healthy business and supports meetings such as People Council, Manager Shadow Program, Family Day, etcetera
  • Works data and analysis requests from various sources
  • Supports Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) - closely partners with HR Leader and D&I Focal for the BSC site to execute the D&I strategy and plans to increase diverse pipeline readiness
  • Monitors Annual Compensation Review (ACR) - partners with HRGs to ensure commitments are met
  • Organizes and maintains recognition events

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management)
  • Experience creating and developing strategy plans
  • 3+ years of experience developing executive level presentations
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources

Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $103,700 - $140,300
