We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading Company located in the York, PA , Must work onsite every day.
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, results-driven Human Resources professional to join the HR team at the York, PA, facility. The role reports to the Site HR Director and is a full-time onsite position. The HRBP role is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support. The HRBP will work closely with employees and managers to provide expertise and hands-on support in multiple areas, including: onboarding, employee relations, labor relations, management coaching, talent management, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, recommend, and implement remedies for mid-level to complex employee relations issues, working closely with the management
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations
- Proactively identify and assess potential legal risks and act to ensure compliance
- Partner with Legal and Ethics Departments as needed
- Provide performance management guidance to line management for coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions
- Act as a resource to employees when needed providing guidance on and interpreting company policy as well as assuring that employee perspectives are heard and considered
- Engage with Shared Services/COEs teams (Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Compliance) to execute business strategies through tactical operations
- Support Labor Relations by administering the collective bargaining agreement, including management of accommodations, the job posting process, the attendance program, and the grievance process
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or retail environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field is preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience with employee relations and conducting investigations Presentation Skills Organization Skills Communication skills Ability to deal with ambiguity

- Experience in a manufacturing environment
