SalaryHandyman to have (6) plus years health care related construction experience with significant skills in the following: Finished carpentry, rough carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, HVAC repair/ maintenance and operations, plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring (carpet tile, VCT, ceramic tile), acrovyn installation, tenant improvements, doors/ hardware, minor equipment repair, masonry, concrete, anchoring, landscaping and irrigation.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- (6) plus years construction experience (see above)
- Good basic computer skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (read, write, speak)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be a self starter, able to effectively analyze and solve repair and maintenance and Construction issues.
- Must be able to execute a wide and scale of construction projects.
- Must have a commitment to quality work, neat and organized, accomplished efficiently and quickly.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be good at Customer Service.
- Ability to deal with a wide variety of daily tasks often under deadline.
- Willingness to work overtime and have schedule flexibility to complete projects before or after clinic hours if needed, good follow through, good communicator.
- Lots of energy and physical strength are a plus.

- Attend meetings, trainings, and other work-related events as needed.
