The Person We’re Looking For:
We're looking for an experienced Gameplay Animator to join our growing team. As a Senior Gameplay Animator, you’ll be expected to create high fidelity 1st person and 3rd person animations. Knowledge of real-life weaponry and how they operate is a must.
A deep passion for gameplay that both looks and feels great is necessary to help create best in class Viewmodel animation. If this sounds like you, come help us achieve what’s next for PUBG!
Responsibilities:
    Create high-fidelity player animations using both hand-key and motion capture techniques
    Implement animations in Unreal
    Collaborate with other departments to achieve gameplay that look and feel top notch
    Help define and improve DCC and game engine animation pipeline
    Assist in troubleshooting and resolving animation issues
    Provide feedback, share knowledge and give advice to other animators
    Actively advance skill set and abilities by keeping aware of industry trends and techniques, evaluating competitive products, and learning new software packages
A Typical Day May Include:
    Attend a cross-discipline stand-up with other developers
    Author and implement animations
    Fix bugs and improve systems
    Participate in studio-wide play tests
    Discuss ideas, improvements, or issues with other animators, designers, artists and engineers
    Provide feedback to other animators
Qualifications:
    5-8+ years professional game development experience
    At least 1 shipped title
    Experience in Unreal Technology
    Ability to adapt to new tools and tech
    Extensive experience animating in Maya
    Excellent hand-key animation skills
    Contribute and be part of a highly creative team, giving and receiving feedback
    Ability to mentor less senior animation staff
    Communicate and collaborate effectively with other disciplines and departments
    Strong problem-solving skills
    Extensive knowledge of modern weaponry and how they operate
