Senior Game Producer, Front End - Valorant

Game Producers lead teams, initiatives and products from conception through launch and operation inside of the gaming space. They create and align teams to product vision, have a deep understanding of player needs, competitors and market conditions, and are able to balance scope, quality and time to predictably deliver at a high quality bar for players.
As a Senior Game Producer on the VALORANT Front End team, you will be responsible for helping Riot deliver and maintain the holistic UI/UX experience for VALORANT across PC and console platforms.  You will keep the players' experience in mind as you track progress, deliver content/features, and organize priorities and goals. You will also work with artists, designers, and engineers to provide genre-defining experiences to our players. You will report to the Manager of Game Production for your area.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation of the UI/UX roadmap in support of product priorities.
• Validate that the right products are being built through testing and research
• Collaborate across teams and products to deliver a unified player experiences
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and keep them informed of progress, risks and pivots
• Supervise delivery of team work throughout the software development life cycle
• Ensure the execution of risk management, velocity tracking, product review, and quality validation processes
• Support team by removing roadblocks and managing distractions
• Direct all team rituals and facilitate needed communication
• Continuously improve work systems to push toward development best practices
• Provide essential product feedback and insight to the team and leadership
• Communicate team staffing needs as they arise 
• Ensure optimal team health, culture, efficacy, and efficiency

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience as a Game Producer or Product Manager
• 2+ years experience delivering player-facing UI/UX features on both PC and Console platforms
• Experience using Agile tools and processes to drive the UI/UX design and development process for multi-discipline teams
• Experience partnering with central and distributed development teams to implement a unified player experience across software ecosystems
• Experience leading teams through feature development (planning, execution, delivery, post-release support)

Desired Qualifications 

• Experience with live service games and evergreen content delivery
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
