Senior Fund Accountant
Remote Position-US Based
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Candidates for this position must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Time on-site or time zone may be necessary based on business need.
Some of the things you will be doing:
CSC's US Fund Solutions group is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant. The candidate will manage multiple client deliverables ensuring superior client service. Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds such as:
- Review bookkeeping and accounting records
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and prepare and distribute letters
Investor reporting - Daily client interaction
- Review support schedules for books and records (accruals, prepaid expenses, etc.)
- Prepare and/or review financial statements and support schedules (GAAP and other basis)
- Investor and compliance reporting
- Internal responsibilities (status reports, time tracking, etc.)
What skills and qualifications do you need?
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
- Experience in portfolio/investment and partnership accounting, private equity experience required
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- At least 2 years of experience as a Fund Accountant working with Private Equity funds
