The Role

TheContent and Experience Functional Lead will be responsible for participating in expanding Avionos' footprint inthe content and experiencedomainswithin themarketing servicespractice. You will work with the Domain Practice Lead to define the offering, determine delivery processes and train the internal teams. Externally, you will be involved in thought leadership events.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AEM services visionforAvionos in partnership with the Marketing Domain Lead.
• Responsible for helping driving revenue growth and gross margin in the domain while maintaining personal project utilization.

• Create and maintain productized services feature roadmap for AEM implementations, manage backlog prioritization, and engage primary stakeholders across the organization.
• Partner with Practice Lead and GTM Lead to identify and define clear and measurable KPIs for the experience domain.
• Establish and manage relationships with strategic partners like Adobe.
• Collaborate with Discipline Leads, Platform Leads and Practice Lead to create standardized SOW's and define key assumptions/dependencies.
• Identify client needs and communicate the value ofAvionos' experience services and resources to acquire new business from current and potential clientele.

• Participate in internal customer meetings to gather, define, and document business requirements.
• Actively engage others to generate enthusiasm and involvement around thecontent andexperience domain.

Desired Skill & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in digital consulting.
• Domain:

• • Perspective on content management and digital asset management.
  • SEO, Analytics, UX, Accessibility.
  • Experience with global, multi-site, and multi-language rollouts.

• Platform:

• • Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager - Sites and Assets.

• Communication and soft skills:
  • Able to motivate and energize others to provide positive, constructive insight into both sales and delivery teams to promote a healthy work environment.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders by communicating value and purpose.

Desired Skills

Knowledge or experience using othersolutions, such as:

• Experience with other CMS & DAMplatforms likeContentstack,contentful,Sitecore,Drupal, etc.
• Familiar with other Adobe applicationslikeWorkfront, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target,Marketo, Magento, Adobe Experience Platform.
