Senior Full Stack Senior Engineer with a Passion for AI Applications
Location: Remote with limited business travel if needed. Candidate must currently reside within the United States, ideally in the Pacific Time Zone as our dev team is located there. Candidates who currently live in the Pacific Time Zone strongly preferred.

A stealth startup in Envorso’s business incubator is building an application on top of cutting-edge generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs) to streamline and modernize Software Engineering operations for our customers. You will be the fourth member of a highly talented and motivated core team. You’ll focus primarily on designing and writing code, an ideal day will be 90% coding and 10% meetings, you’ll be at the heart of our product innovation. You’ll help us get from zero to one by informing critical architectural decisions, working with the team through a series of experiments to find product-market-fit, and hands-on Full Stack programming.

Competitive Base Salary Range $180K - $300K/annual salary + bonus potential + stock options + benefits (as a direct hire full time employee)

Role Overview:
You’ll report to Envorso’s Chief Technical Officer who is one of the key team members on this project along with a technical fellow, and an entrepreneur-in-residence who plays the product management role on the team. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder (virtually) with this team to bring an MVP to market and scale the business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Wear many hats in software development domain
- Inform and make crucial architectural and technology stack decisions
- Full Stack Software development, integration, and code review
- Data pipeline of structured and unstructured data
- Prompt engineering
- Test driven development
- Collaborate with the product team to achieve product-market fit
- Mentor team members as we grow
- Stay updated and current on generative AI and the rest of the stack
- Data protection and vulnerability management
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development
- Computer Science degree or equivalent
- High degree of curiosity and interest in large language models
- Demonstrated success in zero to one projects
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years for experience in Full Stack development
- Data science experience
- Experience working with LLM APIs
- Startup experience
Competencies:
- Software architecture and design experience
- Makes pragmatic decisions about technical trade-offs within their own code
