Overview:
Our Software Consulting client will be hiring a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with React or Angular on the front end and Azure or AWS cloud-based development . The ideal candidate enjoys learning new technologies and tackling new challenges every 6-12 months.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of software projects in a series of business verticals. Successful candidates are expected to have experience participating in SCRUM practices, understand software design principles, skills in cloud development, unit testing, and DevOps. Experience authoring web services and data access are highly preferred. Comfort with a SPA (e.g., React/Angular) and other toolchain/runtimes (e.g., C#, Node) are also an asset.
This is a full time position with a focus on project-based work. Hybrid work schedule: 1-3 days per week in the office in Beaverton, OR. Expect to attend a daily standup as well as all usual Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a .NET Software Engineer.
3 years developing SPAs using React or Angular 2+
Cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
Solid database development with SQL Server
Experience with Web-Service (REST) frameworks
Preferred:
Proven ability to work in a Test-Driven Development manner
Experience creating automated unit test
OO software development
Working on enterprise level multi-tiered business apps
Experience working with .NET ORMs
Solid understanding of HTTP (headers, protocol, verbs, etc)
Modern CSS & HTML Proficiency
UI & User Experience Design
