Senior Full Stack Developer

- Working on Onboarding Advisors – building out an Onboarding Portal - creating a seamless digital transition for Advisors looking to join.

o When this client is looking to bring on prospects, there is a whole onboarding process tied to that – when those prospects are added into the portal, there is an automation process that goes into gathering the prospect data.

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in .Net Core, C#, and Angular to develop complex web applications, improving our advisor onboarding solutions. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and strategic direction, and design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions accordingly.

• Use your extensive experience and deep understanding of software design using .Net Core and Angular to create robust applications.

• Work effectively with peer teams, technology platform owners, product managers, enterprise architecture, and platform support teams to ensure successful delivery to production.

• Uphold high software quality standards by collaborating with quality assurance engineers and DevOps, ensuring adherence to all SDLC processes.

• Continually assess and seek application, platform, and process improvement opportunities.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems, demonstrating hands-on development experience with Web, C#, and .Net, especially in integrating multiple application platforms.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and application integration partners, ensuring clear understanding and seamless execution of tasks.

• Design applications focusing on resiliency, scalability, and performance, ensuring optimal user experiences and system longevity.

• Exhibit a willingness to go above and beyond for stakeholders and fellow team members.

• Be a key contributor to the team's culture, fostering a positive work environment that values learning, collaboration, and personal growth.

Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• 7+ years of extensive design and development of complex systems in Web, .Net Core stack, and RESTful web services.

• 5+ years of experience with Angular (ideally version 11+).

• In-depth knowledge of OOP principles, software design patterns, and a solid understanding of software craftsmanship.

• 5+ years of experience in .NET, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JSON.

• 4+ years of experience with SQL server procedures, views, indexes, and performance tuning.

Preferences:

• Exposure to Cloud-based application design and implementation.

• Experience with developing Full Stack applications using EKS/Fargate, .Net Core, Angular 12+, DynamoDB.

• Proficient in writing unit tests.

• Experience with GitHub, Team City, Octopus, and Jira.

• Knowledge of Cypress/Jest is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile principles - SAFe Agile is a plus.
