Prosci is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Specialist to join our finance team in a fast-growing, multinational Company. The Senior FP&A Specialist will play a crucial role in driving financial performance through strategic planning, analysis, treasury management, debt compliance and forecasting. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business success through data-driven insights.

As the Senior FP&A Specialist you will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and work with cross-functional leaders in the organization. Your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to key stakeholders. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision making and planning. You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

Requirements

· Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

· Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance.

· Analyze key financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings to senior management.

· Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers, evaluate performance against targets, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.

· Prepare executive-level presentations, Board of Directors reports and reports to communicate financial results, forecasts, and insights to stakeholders.

· Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the FP&A function to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial reporting and analysis.

· Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

· Provide FP&A finance support to the Finance team related to productivity, demand planning, reporting and metrics in a timely manner.

· Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.

· Dive deep into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.

· Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items and effectively frame decisions to be made.

· Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

· Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

· Maintain compliance with term loan and revolver credit facility

· Manage international cash positions

Competencies

· Situational Adaptability, Global Perspective – superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture

· Drives results and demonstrates ability to drive projects across an organization

· Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.

· Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Power BI, Adaptive Insights, etc.).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Technical/Functional Skills

· Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.

· General knowledge of US GAAP accounting, financial and operational principles

· Experience in licensing and consulting revenue models.

· Familiarity with US GAAP revenue recognition rules

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

· Experience developing financial reports and metrics

· Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills and experience with financial planning software

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area.

Additional Preferences

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred

Work Location: this position can be worked in office at Fort Collins, CO, hybrid or remote from US

Base Compensation: $86,720 - $108,400 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible to receive bonus and benefits.
